Coe-Nepal Membership Form





Person willing to be a General Member of CoE-N should meet the membership criteria and submit this form along with other necessary documents mentioned below and a membership entry fee of NRs. 1,000/- (in words One Thousand Nepali Rupees only). Your membership will be approved after reviewing the application by the Membership Committee of the organization after.



Necessary Documents:
  • Application for general membership
  • A copy of citizenship certificate
  • A copy of passport sized recent photograph

Membership Criteria:
  • Person having a Nepalese Citizenship
  • Person above 18 years
  • Person not having lost mental soundness
  • Person not having proved of embezzling public property
  • Person not in against of progress and objectives of this organization
  • Person committed to work in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Person having completed diploma in any discipline
  • Person having formal evaluation training from recognized institution
  • Person having involved in evaluation activities at least for last 3 years
  • Person should have done (either as a lead or a member) at least one evaluation


Terms & Conditions:
  • The General Membership of CoE-Nepal would be of a year from the date of membership approval by the Membership Committee of the organization.
  • Membership should renew every year with the membership fee as per constitution of CoE-Nepal.
  • Members are obliged to follow the terms & conditions of the constitution of CoE-Nepal.
