Ms. Jyoti Baidya is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with over 15 years of experience working with a diverse range of international donors and development organisations, including USAID, FCDO, UNIDO, and DANIDA. Her expertise spans both the technical and managerial aspects of MEL system development, with a strong track record across thematic areas including biodiversity, natural resource management (land, agriculture, and climate resilience), economic growth, gender and social inclusion, democracy and governance, green investment, and public-private partnerships. Ms. Jyoti has strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative MEL methodologies, as well as knowledge management and programme oversight. She has substantial experience designing inclusive and participatory MEL frameworks and is a proficient practitioner of Outcome Mapping.
